Frequently Asked Questions faqs

  • I send out invoices through my payment processor, Wave! Your invoice will detail what work was done and how many hours that took as well as the total cost for that project. Payment information will be listed on your invoice. Payment cadence depends on what package you sign up for.

  • When we start a project together, you will receive my contact information! I’m available during working hours through email, and zoom. If you would like to schedule a call for a more in-depth conversation, please allow 2-5 business days as a buffer in scheduling. I am typically not available the same day.

  • The simple answer is that I do not believe that I am the best advocate for your business. I am a designer at heart and currently only work with clients who need creation and scheduling help - I can refer you to a copywriter if you need assistance creating text for your project!

  • There are no hidden fees when working with me. I pay for the scheduling service that I use for social media as well as any content creation design platforms that I need. (Unless we otherwise discussed). The only extra costs would be voluntary use of stock image licensing, font licensing, or any updates/upgrades to your designs.

  • We typically book projects 1-2 months in advance, with payment required ahead of time to secure a start date.

  • My branding and web design process takes around 4-6 weeks. This depends on the back and forth revisions or if any custom requests are given. My approach to designs is to make it 100% custom! I want you to show up uniquely YOU.

  • Currently I only offer those four services. I find that anyone looking for one-off design projects, would end up needing additional help down the road - so I always recommend my Design Retainers for anyone looking for a service that I don’t specify.

  • Yes! The first payment is a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot on our calendar. The remaining payments can be broken up into monthly payments.

  • I offer website revisions as a part of my design retainer! However, I do not offer vey extensive additions to a current site.

  • We'll get to know your business's needs on our design consultation call, and recommend the platform we feel will be the best fit for you.

    We use Squarespace for most client sites. We love Squarespace because it offers the most creative control.
